Christians (or any religious believers) require solid evidence for things like evolution, the Big Bang theory or other scientific explanations for natural phenomena, like any other rational human being. But when it comes to matters of the Bible, Quran, etc. they accept its answers without evidence.

Now, I know there will be people that say faith is the reason for this, but how can anyone arbitrarily apply faith to some circumstances but not others? How is religion exempt from proof?

More importanty, why don't more Christians have faith that science is correct? They should not require evidence in one arena and refuse to acknowledge the need for it in any other.

I checked the fuses in the fuse block and they are fine. I have a hard time believing that both motors are shot for the back windows. Its a 92 Mercury Sable. Are there other fuses that I dont know about? I realize there is a safety lock but thats not it either. I changed all the controlls too.

Husband is getting sent to iraq in a place where he wont have phone or internet acess...the military wont let us tell anyone due to security...how am I suppost to explain to family why my children miss him so much and why they never hear how he is doing. Mail runs three months behind there.

I've been dealing with this guy for about 7-8 months and it's pretty intense, we adore each others company but we're not a couple. It's a monogomous sexual relationship but we really feel for eachother. Whenever I'm on the phone with him or when I gaze into his eyes I just want to say I 'love you' but I'm definately not in love. I live in a sober home for women we are considered homeless and the house is considered a shelter, however it is privately owned by a man who gets federal and state grants, we pay 150.00 a weeek plus he is sometimes abusive but we have no where else to go and if we disagree he will throw us out, he just throw a women 58 yrs old out for being messy do we have any rights
