Your question doesn't interest me but your reason for asking it does.
In English we have an expression for etiquette as well. It's called "good manners" but that doesn't mean that every english speaking person has good manners does it?
The same goes for a multitude of other words...

That is a huge misconception. The french actually have excellent manners and their treatment of others is above approach. If you so choose to apply a stereotype then that is a shame because at this day and age society should be dispelling stereotypes not encouraging them...and if this was a joke then you should think about who you may be hurting as this is a public forum.

A person should raise above all these "Stereotyped Beliefs" and respect all without disriminating on any caste, religion, sex, nationality etc. And if u really want to ask something of this sort, then not certainly in a public forum. Also, Try to think on a broader perspective and ask questions about something that can help you to raise your IQ, rather than trying to look down upon anybody.

Well niether do most Americans. I mean i thinks its rude if a busty girl wears a low cut dress to church and lets the girls out when its time to praise God, C'mon! and a guy scratching his @$$ or crotch in public! gross. Etiquette shows you have decorum, class, style, elegance. Shoot! there should be school scattered all over the world specializing in it! It's a big southern thing, in the right circles however.

It is true - everytime I see a rude French person, I think "déjà vu" !
And they stink too because they are never doing their "toilette" ! Or is it just my "idée fixe" ? Ah, c'est la vie ... :-)
