I'm 27 weeks pregnant and getting so much heartburn, indigestion etc at night that I'm wondering if it makes me sense for me to eat my main meal at lunchtime and just have something snacky and light in the evening.
My partner works nights and is rarely home in the evening so its not as if I'll be missing out on a "family mealtime" or anything (we have no other kids).
Did anyone else find it helped to eat their main meal at lunchtime and just eat lighter food in the evening? I just seem to feel really sick and horrible after eating a meal at night (usually about 7pm) and it keeps me awake with heartburn all night.
I don't eat late at night so thats not an issue. Plus I've finished work so I'm home most of the day, so its not difficult to eat a meal at lunchtime.
