Talk to them about what is annoying you. Find away to resolve it with one another. If that doesn't work and its late @ night - then call the police.

Well first u could ask him/her to tone it down in a polite manner. If that doesn't work then if they got too loud and u couldn't take it call the police and have them come out and talk to them. Sometimes that helps. I've called the cops on my one neighbor plenty of times and after about the 3rd time they hushed up

Unless they are noisy after the no noise time (in my town its 10pm) there is nothing you can do. As far as rudeness....you can either ignore or join in.

nothing at all because this person may work second or third shift and if that is the case he is sleeping when you get up and start your car let it idle in the driveway for fifteen minutes well you yell good bye to the kids if first shift people don't care about the third shift people getting sleep then why should the care if you sleep or not

COPY CAT, if you've lived next to them for awhile you should know there down times(when they're sleep, just waking up)those are the times u copy cat what they do to you.TRUST ME i did it before and they realized how irritating it could be.

try leaving a polite unsigned note telling them about the noise....if that dosent work call the police...most towns and cities have laws against disturbing the peace and it sounds like your peace has been disturbed
