Hi, in past questions i've been given advice to try to do things positive like exercise, go out more, find someone positive to talk to, go seek help (and/or get medication). Problem i'm finding is none that advise has altered the state i'm at. At first I questoned if I was even trying or if I wanted help, though realized I was at least making the effort before.
Guess I'm just trying to figure out what is it I haven't tried to do yet since i feel like i have tried the options previously stated.
Sorry, i guess i should expand it further later to describe my situation, though.
