It's a tall size Chai Latte with soymilk as well.

I've been doing this for about a week but broke it a few times for dinner with the family.

How much weight could I lose following this to October? Someone tell me please!

No stupid answers, and don't reply unless you have an answer to MY question; no 'you'll die' crap.

Thanks!

It is certainly not healthy. All you'll end up doing is lowering your metabolism so much that your body won't want to burn calories at all any more. You'll lose your ability to concentrate, and become malnourished. You may lose weight quickly in the first few days, but then your body will go into "starvation mode" and try to conserve every calorie it gets.
You would be better off eating several small snacks (including protein) spread throughout the day. That way, it keeps your metabolism ticking along nicely. Add a good brisk 30 minute walk each day, and you will lose more weight and feel physically and mentally a lot better than what you are doing now.

I think you would be better off having 2 cups of cereal and skipping that soy chai latte. Chai has milk (sweetened soy milk) and is sweetened with honey. After a tall one, you may be eating 600 calories! An extra cup of cereal will run you 200 cals at most.

As to how much weight you could lose by October depends on how many calories you consume during the day. If this is all you are eating during the day, yes you will lose weight, but you will also gain it back once you start eating again. When you make your body think that there's a famine and you are starving, it becomes very good at conserving energy. It will maintain you with that small amount of food for a small period of time, and it will get used to getting small amounts of nutrients, but once you start eating regularly again, anything you don't use right away, it will turn into fat.

I hope this helps.
