Well, if you've never had sex or kissed then how would you have gotten an STD? I'd say it is just a zit.
Zit or cold sore.

It might be an ingrown hair.
I've had that twice before. The hairs around the mouth are so fine (on a girl, anyway) that you can have an ingrown one and not notice or see the hair. It makes a thing that isn't quite a pimple, but doesn't look like a cold sore. It's an infected hair follicle.
Try putting antiseptic cream (neosporin or polysporin) on it each night when you go to bed.

It could be a cold sore (not always caused by a cold--but by stress). DO NOT pop pimples, blisters, or anything. Any break in the skin may cause an infection. An infection--MRSA-- which used to be confined to jails and LTC facilities is now being senn more and more in the public. Read more about it here:

If it's a cold sore, it will tingle for a while right before it becomes a bump. You can get it from a water fountain or from using a telephone after someone who is contagius - not just from kissing. Go to www.abreva.com for more info.

Cold sores are caused by fever or stress.Facial cold sore is not related to having sex. When it is genital it is an STD.
It is better you go to adoctor. There are some pills and creams for cold sores that it will be cured soon.
If it is not cold sore,it might be acne.Sometimes some pimples happen very close to each other .I had experienced it on my chin or near my lip.

You have a cold sore, no big deal... it will go away, HOWEVER!!! If you ever get one again, do not kiss or perform any other sexual activity while you still have symptoms. A cold sore while not an STD, can be transmitted and become one. Be safe.

Have a health care professional look at it. You could ask a school nurse or your doctor or her nurse.
