Is Mr. Busch doing a good job in helping the elderly who cannot work no more and the children like me that have special needs?

No...elderly gets nothing i see them at Pharmacy's paying $200 to $300 for meds..even this new plan Medicare dose no good.....sorry his interest is war...money before he goes

It is not the government's job to take care of them. President Madison, who wrote the Constitution, vetoed welfare and charity bills because the Constitution did not grant government the authority to spend the peoples' money that way.
The 10th Amendment says that anything not specifically allowed to the federal government in the Constitution was reserved for the states or the people. Welfare and charity aren't mentioned in the Constitution.
And it is still unconstitutional spending. This should be funded by individual charitable donations or at state or lower level of government.

Well I guess you could always do more. But I think that is a state government issue. And by the way I have volunteered for the Special Olympics for the past 15 years. That's where the most support comes from. Average citizens.

I don't know about the president but from my understanding no there are not enough programs for assisted living so the higher function developmentaly diabled suffer. I use to run a six person group home for non function young adults we were privately funded and very expensive.

No, as with all repuglicans he is to busy giving welfare to the very rich and the large corporation because there is more money in it for him.
