I live in columbus, ohio, i was in springfield last Monday (august 28th) and ran a light but my car was just thru the intersection when the flashes happened, i have not recieved a ticket in the mail yet, should i still expect one?

recently relocating to the Central Florida area, during the move I lost my wallet.I have been to the DMV and turned away for lack of a birth cert. I have been turned away from the SS office to get a duplicate card for lack of a photo ID, I can't get a birth cert. with out a photo ID, I am in a vicious circle or a catch 22, with no help or word of advise from the above agencies, they all just look at me sympatheticaly, shaking their heads, and say.."I know, I know..."What can I do, where can I go? I need to get a job, and can not because of lack of identity.

I have an old hardback recipe book, from about 1945, comprised of recipes sent by readers into The Farmers Journal of that time. It's really interesting, there are some amazing recipes (rook pie with figgy pastry, anyone?!).

But what has always intrigued me is the Scroggin Cake. It's a proper cake, with flour/sugar/fat; and the fruit element is a fruit called a scroggin. You even top and tail it, according to the instructions. So perhaps it's a gooseberry, or a currant.

But I would love to know! I have done several web-searches, with no luck.

I think perhaps it's a regional name; does anyone remember their grandparents or great grandparents talking about picking or eating scroggins?

Women want equal rights, men should watch children and do dishes, ect. but yet when it comes to men should hold open doors for women, walk near the curb of the street, stand up for a women if there is no empty seat on the bus, and what not. If they want to be equal shouldnt they do that for men as well?

I've read about nihilism and I'm very fond of Friedrich Nietzsche, but I've been inquiring about neo-nihilisim and have only been able to stumble on it's "Manifesto". I think that it's inconsistent based on what I've read, but maybe you all can shed some light on this subject.

i am not a fast runner, i run a 13 minute mile. Does anyone here have good indoor training tips that are effective? I really want to become a better runner. i am training over the winter, so i am planning to run on the treadmill. I really need some help!! Thanks!

I'll put this in a hypothetical way, since many will argue we don't have an economic draft, or that if we had a draft the rich would find a way out of it anyway.

Assuming an economic draft to be a deliberate system of economic manipulation to create a class of people who need to join the military to meet their economic needs, giving them few other options (except near total poverty)
And that with an actual draft (compulsory service) you could find a way to defeat the corruption so that everyone would be equally susceptible

Which is better/worse, an economic draft or a full-on mandatory draft?

ask a question regarding this guy a week ago but now im compltely confused. ok well first, one day i was walking past his desk and he poked me in the side, playfully, and i had never even said hi to him b4. then, today in class we were watching a movie and he turned around and started staring at me when i finally realized it was me he was looking at i stared right back. he kept smiling at me trying to make me smile back. then my hair fell in front of my eyes and he started leaning over to keep looking in my eyes, what he was doing was so cute that i finally had to smile. and then he smiled back and turned around. then rite after school today i was walking to my locker and i found out he has the locker rite next to mine. his bag was in the way of mine so i was standing waiting for him to be done. he realized me just standing there and asked which locker was mine, i pointed to it and he moved his bag and said "there u go" and i said "thanks", it was so sweet. is he intersted?

I am currently in college pursuing my Associate in Nursing. After I graduate I want to go farther. I know i'll have to get my batchlors degree in nursing too. But I want to be like a doctor or something I'm not sure yet. I'm thinking chiropractor or family practice. I did want to be a ob/gyn but I really don't want to have to get up in the middle of the night. I also find nurse anethesia interesting. Can you help, I'm just looking for some ideas.
