I don't work in an office but there are nearly 100 women in the department I work on and very little bitchiness, most of us get on great and some better than others be none of us would be down right nasty or outright bitchy.
Is that unusual.

I work in an office with 15 women. I stay to myself to avoid all their bitchiness and still get called a ***** for not socializing.

Yes and I love it. I work as an office manager in a home office so it's just the boss and me. It's so nice not to have to deal with the office politics!!

Wish i did, unfortunitly most women for what ever reason feel the need to act with what i call school play ground mentality, as they have to behave like the bully we all hated at school.
i can only put their behaviour down to being very unhappy with their home life, so have to have ago at people at work

i dont think an office like that exists. You are lucky i work for RBS Insurance and it is the bitchest sh1thole in the world
