I live in columbus, ohio, i was in springfield last Monday (august 28th) and ran a light but my car was just thru the intersection when the flashes happened, i have not recieved a ticket in the mail yet, should i still expect one?

Yes, It needs to be reviewed by a real person and then the ticket gets written out and sent to you. What did you expect the little people in the camera come to your house that night and put it under your pillow?

If any of your car is in the intersection at the time of the change to red you have broken the law. You might expect one.
Yellow means prepare for red and stop.

I have heard about 2 weeks.I'm not sure though.
