I recently asked a q. about E.C. & was encouraged by the responce & want to give it a go!
I want to give it 100% & ditch diapers all together (well try anyway!), How / where do you e.c. when out, e.g:- walking in the woods, the beach, shopping, friends houses ect...

what's the best way to avoid varicose veins?

i heard that wearing high-heeled shoes most of the time could cause varicose veins...

what's the best way to prevent that from happening?

note: i don't have varicose veins yet, but i want to avoid having any... so please, any suggestions?

I've had my parakeet for over 2 weeks now. He appears to be eating his seed and millet and drinking water. I noticed a few days ago that his poo is not falling to the cage bottom. It looks to be sticking to him instead and getting built up. I caught him and used a few kleenex to pull it off him. What is the reason for this? Should I get him a water bottle that hangs from the side of the cage instead of a water dish? What is causing this to happen to my bird. The poor little thing.

This has happened in the past with the final two years of Felicity and Dawson's Creek, a decade ago, when they had a spring and winter finales, before both shows ended. Now ER and Lost is doing the same. But there was no midseason replacement that the WB (now CW) inserted back then for 13 weeks. ABC and NBC are splitting up the seasons of ER and Lost. Lost doesn't start until October, which gives them seven to eight episodes to air until March. Then a midseason replacement will be replaced for 13 weeks, when the rest of the episodes will air until Spring, which would be about 13. NBC is doing the same thing with ER, when their midseason replacement, the Black Donnellys, will air for about 13 weeks. Do you think that viewership will maintain during that break, or fall off, when it returns? Bad move or not? What's your opinion on it?

Hello I wonder if anyone can confirm this question regarding our generous Social Security system here in the UK.

We're all used to these gentlemen ( persons of varying economic status) who sit in shop doorways in the hope of being given money. On may occasions they are accompanied by a dog which may or may not evoke additional sympathy.
But is it true- as I have recently been told- that these people actually claim an extra allowance for their dogs from the DSS? .. I have heard the figure of 40 pounds per week mentioned, but I find this hard to believe.

Can anyone confirm or deny this?

I've been, noticing, her a lot lately, especially since it's the summer and she doesn't wear much around the house. It's gotten to the point where I've thought about accidentally walking in on her in the shower or something. I recently caught me 10 year old son masturbating while watching the POWER RANGERS. Is he some kind of a sicko? Should I be worried about him or should I beat him sensless? The pictures on TV of the bombed people, cities and towns of Lebanon are almost beyong belief and too terrible to behold. And all without an ultimatum and for the kidnapping of two soldiers who are still alive and well.

Is that not a lesson to Iran on what terrible things can happen to countries which do not have atomic weapons? How can we be so selfish and naive as to expect other countries to accept double standards? What kind of justice do we believe in? If atom bombs are bad for some, they are bad for all.
I would be grateful for your views.
