I had IE installed but for what ever reason it would crash / reboot my computer at random. I updated the drivers but nothing helped. Then I downloaded Firefox and Opera and FF was working fine until something messed up my ConfigSys, when I started up the computer I saw something on the screen about new 'something' being installed for the monitor. After that when I would open Firefox it would reboot the computer. I don't have a virus, I haven't downloaded anything and there are no new programs on the computer. I need to have a back up browser in case something happens to Opera [and I don't really care for it all that much]. I removed FF and reinstalled it and when I went to open it, it did the same thing - rebooted my computer. Any suggestions are more than welcome.

I am having an annoying problem with my computer.
Whenever I open a web browser (we use Internet Explorer/Firefox), or a new window by using the "start" button, the computer's settings jump back to 8 bits. I need it on 16 bits for pictures to display properly. I have to re-set the computer to 16 bits each time I start the computer, either from Off or from Standby ... or even after just opening a new window while remaining online. I have no idea why this is happening, or what I ought to be able to do to get the setting to remain intact. My computer is Windows XP Sp2 (or some such? very close to that) Does any one know? or Know where I can find directions for this (on-line preferably)? Thank You Very Much for Any help given!

Here, in Finland some minorities, such as the Swedish-Finns, the Sami, and the Gypsies have special rules/rights about education, and social services.

Swedish Finns have the right to education and service everywhere (everything from street signs to hospitals) in Swedish. Sami have the right to speak their native language in courts and sign contracts with it. Gypsies don't have to go to school if they don't want to (and get money for wearing traditional dresses). The largest minority is the Swedish Finns who comprise 6% of the population.

Now, the question is, should minorities in the US get the same treatment? State political persuasion also, please.

I have two completely indoor cats who are 2 years in age. They are out of control at night when it comes to clawing everything in my house.
