Just wanting to see what all mothers should have when you bring a newborn home. I have made lists but it just feels like i should ask for advice and help. This will be my first baby, and i just want to be relaxed and prepared when my baby gets here. so i wouldnt mind seeing lists of other woman who have had children who have some good ideas or things that i may not have down on my list. My father in law is very neglectful to my 3 yr old son. He visits very rarely, but lives in the same small town as us, when he does visit, he often compares my son to his youngest grandson, and makes remarks that I think a 3 year old could not comprehend as "playing" ie: "you are a crybaby", "you watch to much tv" He can never say anything good about my son or to my son or give him any praise. He also will make remarks about my parenting ie:"you need to take him outside more", and frankly, he wouldn't know anything about it because he is never around to know if I do or do not, and his "favorite" grandson's mother is a stripper and his father cheats on his mother while away from work........why does he question my parenting? and why does he compare my son to his cousin? My mother in law, who he is divorced from him says he mentioned to her how bad he feels......do you think it is possible for a man to feel bad and not try to talk to us, it has been a month or more since confrontation.

After the flood, in Genesis 9:3, God gives Noah and his sons permission to eat any animals or bird as long as the blood is not left, but in Leviticus 11, God gives Moses and Aaron very detailed instructions on what is clean to eat, and what is unclean. Why the distinct difference?
- I'm not looking for responses from angry Christians, I'm a Christian myself, I'm just curious.

I'm moving into a new house and the previous owners placed those skid proofing decals in the bathtub. I've allready got a suggestion of using a hair dryer to heat it up and then peel it off. I don't want to damage the tub. Thanks.

When somebody commit a suicide , he is a quitter because he was not courageous enough to confront life and its problems so he quits . He puts his family and relatives in trouble : they will cry , be sad , pay for his funerals ...etc while he is somewhere resting in peace or having good times in hell or in heaven or something......
I think we should figure out the way a special way to treat their corpses ; like feed them to sharks or to wild animals or burn them or put them to jail or something . what do you think ? Got a better way ?

Since half a year ago, I stopped having meat for dinner, say after 5pm. The reason is I don't seem to be able to digest meat after that hour. Trial and error along the way, and I realise that food like bread, fish, and soluble foods are fine, but not for chicken, beef or fruits like jackfruit etc. If I do consume the latter after that hour, I get gastric reflux which I developed years ago. Can anyone identify and relate with the same condition as mine? Someone told me it's got to do with my intestines and it's cancer leading.

I currently have a Rockford Fosgate T10001bd amp and two Alpine Type-R 12" subs. I want more bass, I want it louder but at the same time I want it to be clean. I was recommended to get the Rockford Fosgate T112D4 12" subs because of the amp I have. Will they be louder than the Type-Rs? Will they sound better?

I am 25 years old and never pregnant. For the first time in the 13 years that I have been menstruating, I missed my period this month. I am almost 7 days late. I have already taken the First Response pregnancy test, 1 last night, and 1 this morning, and both came up negative. My boyfriend thinks that the date of conception was August 20. We are planning on seeing a doctor in a couple of days, but in the meantime I'd like some advice and see if I need to start thinking about names or if I'm just worried over nothing.

And I dont mean just black Ghetto people. All races can have that Ghetto mentality. I used to be a waitress, and it seemed that every Ghetto table I had to wait on, they would either tip very little or nothing at all. I know they know about tipping, because they seem to find every little excuse to not tip a waitress. 'She looked at me wrong! Well she aint getting a tip!' And why do they run their waitress only to not reward them for it with a tip? Please explain. And dont give me the crap that all ghetto people are not like that, because the majority of them are. And dont give me the they dont have enough money crap either. If they don't have the money, why go out?!

consider a true female joke. I offer it to you in the hopes that women

A woman was sitting at a bar enjoying an after work
cocktail with
her girlfriends when an exceptionally tall, handsome, extremely sexy,
middle-aged man entered. He was so striking that the woman could not
