We have a bunch of images that are being sent to us for editing at our office. We need a software/technique to store / manage / and update them. What we need is a searchable keyword from the filename (or a category) and we can compare the original and the edited images. Can anyone suggest something that you might have used before?

Just place edited ones in different folder named EDITED and rough one in separate folder named ROUGH :-)
