Any article, table or website about the difficulty of world languages? how difficult is any language? which ones are easier to learn and which one more difficult? for instance for an English speaker is it easier to learn Turkish language or Arabic? and the reasons, please.

I just turned thirteen, and i started my period when i was eleven years old. They use to be regular but lately they have been, like a week off each time or more. And i just recently started having headaches with my periods, which i have not had before. I'm still a virgin if that helps and i havent done anything bad with a boy. Should i go to my regular doctor (she's a pediatrician). Did anyone have this problem when they were younger? and do you have any advise

I am trying to drive up to LA to pick up my friends at union station, but I want to park my car while I am sight-seeing. I am not familiar with LA + I am not a good driver, so I want to park where it's safe and easy to find. I heard union station has parking lots - are they safe? Does anybody know?
