Alright so here's my question, God is perfect according to christians right? And the god of the old testament is the same as the god of the new, right? Then why does Jesus come to fulfill the laws of moses, why would god change his mind if he was perfect?

he's like 30+ and he's really been smoking hard ever since he was in his teens..no matter what my parents told me (he valued my parents opinion b4), he just cant stop smoking... he once told me that he wanted to stop but he just cant help but to crave for it... im a worried sister and im in a medical field and aware of its fatal effects... we're living faraway now (but have a constant communication) and i just wanted to know what can i do to enlighten him to stop..his kids are still small and im really worried... any suggestions? thank you

Ok this is the story, I have a best mate who is a guy and i'm a girl. His known me since I was 14 and now I’m 20. He met me trough my brothers ex girlfriend but now I’m friends with him and not my bros ex. In the last 6 months I have found that my feelings have got strong for him, more than just buds. And I think he has some sort of feelings for me. But the thing is we have so much history. Everyone I know he knows and visa versa. I’m scared if we do go out that friendships will be wrecked and it would be weird for us to be intermit because we look at each other as brother and sister. But yet we feel for each other. Plus I went out with his best mate and he was sexual with my brothers ex. But he is the type that you can marry and have kids with. It’s very hard to find a good guy that doesn’t end up hurting you.
What do I do?

I live in TN, she lives in CA. My whole family lives in CA, My dad met her yesterday and really likes her, he is giving me the green light to get married on Sept 4th. I have been talking to her for about 3 months and have seen her on webcam. never met her in person...

i have a 1994 acura integra rs 2 door and when i turn my car on in the morning the rpms shoot up to sbot 2500 rpms which is normal but if i drive it before it is totally warmed up the cars rpms shoot down to almost 0 (zero) and it starts to jitter....i have done a tune up on the car...sparkplugs, oil, filter, wires, dist. cap, ignition coil, rotor and it stays the same..the muffler also shoot small explosions like pooofpooofpoofpoof but nothing maajor like theres an escape in the exhaust system....please anything at this point in time will help me out alot i really like this car and want it to work out for me and dont really have the money to take it to a certified shop i would like any feedback anyone may be able to provide...thank you!!!
