Simple and down to the point. If the guy thinks your pretty, he will say yes, if he thinks your not pretty, he will say he cant.

Be fully prepared, but not expecting, to be rejected and say, " would you like to go out/see a movie/get coffee." If you are clear and concise, you will not sound stupid or desperate.

just casually approach them and be like hey wanna hang out some time? if he says yes offer him your number and if hes interested he'll call you.
