Sound mind and sound body is an indication of good health.Through yoga we can achieve both where as normal exercise is only 4 physical fitness.
So yoga is better than normal exercise.

i think in this stressful world we all have to select yoga bocoz yoga not only fit over health but its develop our mental level.and it resolve our day to day life problem also.the kriyas of yoga are more powerful than our prescription.
