i say a resolute no. having just come back from the local supermarket, i was as usual on lottery days totally disgusted by the breathable raw greed permiating the air around the gaggle of oldies queing in wide eyed desperation around the lottery kiosk. they should(and i include my parents) be banned from such frivolity, and thus cutting the odds to more worthy would be winners. perhaps they should invest their pound in a bar of soap to help clear them from the smell of stale urine, or save it for the heating bills we endlessly hear them moan about. stick to bingo that's what i say, keeps them off the streets. lol
