how will i get my file which i saved two days back?

i made some changes in my M.S Excell file and saved, but after two days i reallised that i dont want that changes how will get my old file which the changes not done?

Slight chance (maybe) if you go into "Tools", then "Options" and the find the "save" tab and see where the "Autosaves" go to (if it is turned on?) Maybe there is still an old copy in there.
