My favorite condiment would have to be Bullseye Steak sause. I don't put it on everying but DAMN that shits tasty. Soups, eggs and some sandwhiches has to be tabassco sause.
I like a tuna sandwich with miracle whip, mustard, lettus, pepper, tabassco and chedder cheese. Mmmm, yummy. :D

Here in sweden we have something called Skagenröra, its a mix of prawns and crayfish with some mayo and dill,, ahh its the best on a baguette

I've always liked spicy mustard, but I'm also partial to that Southwest sauce they have at Subway...

i like european-style mayo (it's got a different tast than the American stuff), spicy brown mustard or honey mustard
when i'm feeling wacky, i use bleu-cheese dressing :)

My maximum fave sandwich is at Subway....the Italian BMT. i like it with: wheat bread, salami, pepperoni and ham; additionally, mustard (usual), lettuce, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, olives, dill pickles, American cheese, salt and Parmesan cheese (and doubtless different components) i like it with chips, a delicate drink, water and 3 cookies (ideally chocolate chip).

you put mayonaise on one slice of bread and then u put some yellow mustard on the other slice then your choice of meat...then u are in heaven :-P

salad cream (I know, it is revolting, but I love it) is way better than mayo. I also love salt, pepper, cranberry sauce and chutneys or relish.
