Except for keeping myself clean I don't think about it much.

You are absolutely right. Okay, I'm gonna say it: I LOVE myself!!! =) lol. I do not mean to brag, far from, but just to show that it's important to be able to "become friends with yourself". Can't always be so demanding and harsh... in spite of all the pressure.
It's sad because I'm sure without the terrible media, half more people would love themselves. Especially the young girls today. Why do you think there's bullimia and such? Perfect Barbies and Kens are always shown in the media, so it's pressure-pressure-pressure with everyone... also, why do you think people crave to see mishaps in celebrities' lives? Because the usual is big money amounts, great looks, romance and so-called altogether "happiness"! Therefore people love to see when something goes wrong... it reassures them. Sad isn't it? The day more and more people start realizing it's best to just accept yourself-- I think there should be a global celebration then!! lol
Thank you for reading and good question! :)

I was gorgeous when till I was about 40 and then I started looking like my grandmother, except she had more hair and no mustache.
I would LOVE a facelift, an eye lift, a nose job, hair plugs and lasik eye surgury...and new teeth and lose 50 pounds.
Aside from that, I am satisfied.

no one is 100% happy, if they are, why would plastic surgery be created? But You Should be happy, you are unique, no one else is You, there is only one you. Media place all these beautiful model to make u feel bad, and thus promote slimming centres or special design clothing...

No. It is because of our standards which are really hard to live up to. I mean, who would want to be a size 0? Thousands of teenager girls wanting to look like all the celebrities...I wish it was that easy to forget about looks but its hard to do that when the media brain washes us to look thin and pretty. I blame them for people who have eating disorders and die because of it. I wish the world wasn't so vain but what can you do....not much.

Yes actually I am, I do not mean in an ego driven concieted way. I do not think I am beautifl or hot or sexy, But I am happy with what I look like. I am healthy and not physically repulsive. I could look better and I could look worse, but I genuinely am happy with my looks.
There are certain features that could be improved, but I am not unhappy about them. I am happy with me as I am.

. we are never happy with ourselves . we are our worst credits. I know people that are good looking that find things wrong with them selves which totoaly frustrats me to no ends. but thats just human nature and yes I believe that the media does dictate to us on how we look. thats why I really love the new dove campaign that features reg people. hope that helps

No, because I want to lose some weight. Elevated weight levels are associated with increased risk of various problematic medical conditions and diseases, including cancer. It isn't vanity, its survival.
