How long can it take for an addiction to become present? I've been taking them for two weeks and am not sure what will happen if I just stop. Hpefully I haven't taken enough yet, but I haven't been w/out so I don't know if I'm addicted yet. If so; can I ween myself off by taking less?

if i think about my weight and weigh myself 24/7 does that mean i have a problem?

ok so all i can think about non stop is my weight and the way i look. im 15 and im 5'3'' and weigh 124lbs. is that too much.because my older sister who is 16 weighs 102 and is almost the same height as me.also my cousin is 5'1'' and weight 92 lbs. i always feel insecure about my weight and i cant stop. i have even thought about purging or something to get some weight off and that scares me.

"Without hate there cannot be love."?

This question has recently been asked by "Exousia Skotos", but i'm looking for a different apporach for an essay. Consider the concept of the yin-yang. The universe is a balance of good things and bad things. Good things cannot exist without bad things. So, does this mean that without hate, there cannot be love? this leads me to wonder whether peace is really worth it... i mean is it possible to have peace? If the universe is a balance of both good and evil, can peace exist without war? hunger or poverty?

racial inequality is not as prevalent as it was even about 50 yrs ago. What about religion?

racial inequality was prevalent even about 50 yrs ago. Whites believing they are superioir over blacks etc. Do you think we will ever get to that point with religion? Religious inequality i shighly prevalent today. Dont meant to offend anyone, but seems like Christianity is doing the same thing to religion in a similar fashion to what was happening with races earlier.

OK this is costing me 5 points so please answer. Is this weird or just really weird?

I love to drink Dr. Pepper. I mean it is what I prefer 4 to 1 to all other sodas (pop) if not greater. However if it is hot or lukewarm I don't like it. The whole taste of it, hot or cold leaves me wondering, however, why I enjoy it so much. When eating, I love ice cold DP. Any thoughts?

How do people believe in evolution?

I mean really there are so many holes in this Theory that it is not even funny. For example they say that they have proven that fossils are billons of years old by radio active dating, but if you look for carbon in said fossils it can be found, which therefore proves they can not be that old, cause carbon does not last that long. Another big thing is that those pictures you find in your text books are usually put in order in a way that makes them look more like they evolved from one another, there not even put in order by there age. This is only two of the many false or covered up things I know that evolutionist try to hide from people.

I make crafts and I want to know where I can find wooden dolls, not painted(unfinished)in bulk ?

I want to make bathroom dolls for decor. I will paint the faces, dress them with pieces of "towel" fabric, etc. I got tired of looking in the web for them and I can't find a supplier. The only supplier I got is "Sunshine Discount Crafts", but I already bought their doll and I want something different this time. These dolls have for a head a "wood ball" and the rest of the body is a not painted wooden body. They are about 10 to 12 inches long, and they may have a skinny shape, a country style type of a doll. Witch one is the language with more vocabulary in the world?

From my point of view, it is the Spanish cause most things has at least two to three names. Such as bedroom: pieza, cuarto, habitacion. Depending of the country in witch it is spoken. And it is still the same language and not a dialect.

What if I'm an abusive parent?

Do you think I will have the potential to be the type of parent that will abuse her children? I'm scared that I will become an abusive parent.

I've been told that I work well with children. I do with other kids in a variety of areas, but it seems to be differnt with my own siblings. I'm afraid I will end up being the type of person that just hates her child, or even be physically and emotionally abusive. I have a younger half sister, who grew up with very permissive parents. I'm not allowed to discipline them, so when they kick me, lock me out of the house, tell me I'm stupid, steal my stuff etc., I just sit there and say, "Oh, please don't do that." I hate it. I scare myself, because sometimes I think, "What she really needs is some intense punishment. That would fix her behavior." I hate to admit it, but I am referring to physical punishment. Sometimes, I think of horrible things to say. I do not act upon these feelings, but I'm afraid that one day, I might with my own child.

I'm worried that when I become a mom, I will have this hatred towards my child. I'm scared that I will become an abusive parent because of how strongly I may hate my child. I find that I am similar to my mother in many ways, and she did not handle her anger well at all. My mother would do some pretty "crazy" things when she was angry, which included beatings, punching me, banging my head against the wall, scratching me, telling me to die, hair-pulling etc. etc. on a daily basis. In fact, my teacher in third grade actually reported her to the authorities because they suspected abuse. I see a lot of her in myself--the anger, the frustration, and the need to "show the child who is boss." It sickens me. I grew up so terribly afraid of her, and I don't understand why I have these feelings. Shouldn't my past actually do the opposite? Instead, I feel like I'm might be just like my mother.

I think I might have trouble bonding with child. I don't think I'm capable of loving someone as much as I should. I want to be a "Brady Bunch" kind of mom. I want my child to grow up emotionally healthy and love me, but I don't think I'm capable. What should I do?
