ok so all i can think about non stop is my weight and the way i look. im 15 and im 5'3'' and weigh 124lbs. is that too much.because my older sister who is 16 weighs 102 and is almost the same height as me.also my cousin is 5'1'' and weight 92 lbs. i always feel insecure about my weight and i cant stop. i have even thought about purging or something to get some weight off and that scares me.

Oh lord. You are HEALTHY and that means WAY more than being skinny. Have you also noticed that you are much MUCH smaller than other girls in your grade. Frankly, you should be happy you aren't as big as they are. But some people are just naturally big. And trust me you are NOT even close to having a weight problem. When you think about your problem think about me. Im 5'9'' and I weigh 140. Yeah, put that in your pipe and smoke it.

You've answered your own question, Insecure. The reason you feel that way is that your 15, not old enough to drive, but old enough to want to be excepted and even people my age (60 )still need and want to feel excepted, just normal life.
My wife is 5'5" and worries to this day over her weight, which she's a little over, but it's what comes from the heart that makes you special, not a glamor queen every guy around wants to use and abuse. Eat right and exercise, build your self esteem, theirs no 2 people exactly the same in the world, not even Idential twins

Dont worry about your weight! Weight doesnt mean anything--you could have more muscle that your sisters and muscles weigh more than fat. You are your sisters are still growing and changing--and they wont be 102 pounds and 92 punds for too much longer. Get counceling if you cant stop thinking about your weight. Look up to beautiful women like Beyonce and JLo who have curvy bodies. Love your body..I have wide hips and I looooove it!!

I would say so. If you have thought about purging then there is definitely a problem. Purging does so much more damage to your body than you think. It ruins your teeth and gives you bad breath. You should think about changing your eating habits and maybe working out if you think you are overweight. Just because she is your sister doesn't mean your metabolism is the same. You may have gotten your dads genes and she may have gotten your moms. It just really depends. Maybe you should try to weigh yourself every other day or every 2 days.

Obviously you are hung up on the issue, I don't even know why you are asking, you answered your own question. You weight is not a big deal at this point for your height. The two people you mentioned may not have the same bone structure as you, so their weight may not compare to you if this is the case.

Best you can do is be wise, eat healthy, exercise, and enjoy your youth...trust me, it will be over soon enough...good luck.
