Then maybe quit living in the city. All the pollution. Don't ever be a little overweight either. Cut out all the sugar. And don't take anymore risks.
The people that rant about tobacco use don't realize how many unneccessary risks they take in their daily lives. But too many are thinking EVEN THE MODERATE USE OF TOBACCO IS FAR WORSE THAN MOST DAILY ACTIVITIES.

And don't dare mention about the second hand smoke issue. Those of you that live in the city smell carbon dioxide from cars all the time. Okay? Have you ever been around a campfire? Have you ever cooked on a barbecue? Have you burnt incense in your house?
Do you live in a house that have extra insulation? You know that over-exposure to dust and pet danger can cause reperatory problems?

Each student has different ways of learning. Some of the best taught by presenting the information visually, some better if the teaching conducted orally(lecturing), and some are best to be taught via kinaesthetic approach. So, how to accomodate these diversed students?

I'm English and would love to move to Spain hopefully in the next 10yrs. In the meantime, I intend to master the language, travel there often and visit different regions so I have an idea of where I'd like to stay etc etc. My questions are, how do I go about emigrating and compared to the UK - what is the tax system like, what is like for pensioners, i.e. are they given a tough time like the UK (I have less than 30yrs to go but it's always good to ask...), is unemployment high, is crime as bad as it is here in the UK? Finally, is there an online national newspaper for expats that someone can recommend?

My cousin took his dog to the lake and everything was fine until he noticed that his dog was up on a ledge (like a fifteen foot drop) and he saw her running and trying to stop but ended up flying over the edge. She landed in water but the water was only like a foot or two deep. She appears healthy and happy and ok, but should he take her to the vet just incase?? After she jumped she just ran out of the water (still playing) and all, and ran back in jumping and just having a blast. She is about a year or so old, and is a daschound... may have spelled that incorrectly

Hello, I am 31 years old and have had a 401K for over 6 years now, where I've been putting in 10% of each paycheck. I also have a little over $2K in a Roth IRA, but it has been effective for about 5 years now and hasn't seemed to make that much money. Lastly, I try to put away at least $500 a month in a savings account that has 4% interest for a rainy day (this has been going on for the past 6 months. Not sure if I can keep up with the $500 a month forever). Above all, I am very frugal with money and I would rather put it away than go on a huge shopping spree every weekend (once in a while I will go out and buy something for my house or myself, but I am careful to make sure
that is not an outrageous purchase and doesn't happen very often)

I want to know what else is out there for me to do to save my money smartly? I am not that crazy about stocks because I am a conservative investor, but can someone fill me in on some other good ideas? Bonds? Mutual Funds? How do I set those up?

I stumbled on this in Yahoo news, about insurance fraud in UK.

Pls see article here:
http://uk.biz.yahoo.com/18082006/389/insurance-don-t-fake-claim.html

Beyond the obvious and reasonable, i.e.: auto and driver's liability, there ARE inevitabilities, for example fire insurance in the States bc residential housing is mostly matchsticks and cardboard. But UK bldgs are oftener brick and mortar, no ?

Or some Far East countries in which by collusion and mendacity "life" insurance is sold on a naive public for gross profit alone, and claim settlements almost _never_ happen. But that's tangential.

So, what gives ?

Just seeking clarification.

Thks.

A slow acting poison, or a conversation with a woman?

At least the poison holds out the promise of death.
