got a job offer for 60K/yr as a logistics analyst in south NJ. I had been laid off 6 mos. back, but after looking for work for a while I kinda gave up and got myself admitted into the Masters in Accounting program at UT Austin. Now after 1 month into my new program one of the companies I had interviewed 40 days back finally offerre me 60K for a job. I really like Austin and and doing OK in the accounting program. I feel that if I was in a finance/ accounting to begin with I wouldnt have to wait for so long to get another job. SO what do you all think...should I continue in the accounting masters or take up the job? I have substantial scholarships for the MAcc program plus its Austin, so thats a big draw. On the other hand the salary is 60K. WHich would be better in the long run?

me and my man are a good couple, on my first birthday he bought me a gold neckalace, then on his birthday i bought him a gold chain and a footbal jersey, then on my next birthday he bought me a birthday cake and beer. i thought it would have been something different. what do you think about that. should i expect something good this year? should his next present be something small/ should we celebrate valentines day?

No kidding, it's there.

Concerned about my sons tooth that is trying to come in...? Serious answers only!?

OKay my son will be 8 months on the 29th and he is trying to cut in a top tooth and that section of his gums has turned purple? The same spot turned purple a month ago so i took him to the Dr and she said she hadn't seen anything like that but he probably either bumped it or the tooth coming in caused a little bleeding not to worry about it just keep a eye on it. Well it cleared up but yesterday I noticed it was purple again.
Has anyone else experienced this with a baby before?
