Thanks for your question.
I understand your frustration at having hoons drive past with music blaring in the wee small hours.
While some may say it is part of being young and stupid, you should raise it with your local police and council to see what you can do. It is probably frustratring others in your suburb. Ronald Knox described similar problems as "a loud noise at one end and no sense of responsibility at the other."
The people at lower the boom understand the frustration that you and others in your community feel.
I hope that they fix the problem soon.

Anybody who does that should become a legitimate military target. Everybody who gets woke up would have the right to shoot guns at the noisy idiot. After a while, natural selection would weed them out of the gene pool.

They are inconsiderate little kids with no respect for others that have to work for a living, or how about the parents with little babies that are have a hard time sleeping at night! They need their face smashed into their dashboards a couple of times!!

Lots of people are just inconsiderate and rude. If we all spent more time treating others as we would like to be treated, the world would be a happier place. It sounds trite, but it's true!

Probably because they are in the vehicle while others are in the vehicle and there are more inclined to act a less mature way. It all has to do with peer pressure and intimidation.

They have low self esteem. They want attention.
Just let them crank it out... It's all they've got. :)
But I do hate it too. I only drive like that in the afternoon and evening.

They want to be sure to let everyone know that a brainless, moronic, disrespectful person is passing through their neighborhood...who knows...but I hate it! Luckily it doesn't happen too often around here.

because they drive broken pieces of ****, or civics which are on the same level... and since theyre not fast and have nothing better to show, they need some kind of attention.
