I've only played San Andreas and am looking forward to play my newly bought Liberty City Stories game [for PS2].

san andreas is the best by far. there is so much to do when not on a mission . and there are a lot more weapons and vehicles to drive or fly.cycle a bike and recruit gang members / girlfriend etc..
you can even swim / parachute and much more.
check out the harrier jet or jet pack. need i go on.

San andreas rocks cos you can play on it and it is so huge. Liberty city stories is good but i reckon that GTA 3 is better than it though but vice city is my second favourite but san andreas rocks!

Liberty City is just okay. The ending sucks *** though. I love SA. It gave you more options to control like eating, shopping for clothes, tattoos, lot more cheat cars/actions and the LCS has very little useful cheats, you can't swim and that comes in handy when you go to Salvatore's and speed through his driveway, half of the secret tokens you get (the pearls in SA) are super hard to get to and the missions are a lot more easier and I beat it in 5 days as opposed to SA which took me about a month.

san andreas is awesome you can swim and in liberty city stories you cant i thought it would be better but it sucks

vice city... who doesn't love going in places that aren't ammunation.... san andreas is a close second.... but i don't like the him needing to be fed like a baby every three days....

I loved the original computer gta game. I have only played little of a newer version but it isn't the same. To me the newer Play Station one was too hard or I just didn't understand it.
