All life emanates from the one source. Is this a possibilty? I often wonder if we keep stories or the myths of the gods from ancient civilizations alive through stories or beliefs. Do you think we create them within the spiritual realm?

I don't see much, first if we had freedom we could chose from more canidates instead of just two parties. Second if we had true liberty we wouldn't have so much regulations, just think you need government approval for most anything now. Third if we were free to pursue happiness we wouldn't have all this red tape in life and could develop our own idea of happiness.

The court said that I was suppose to go back to court two years ago, and they never sent me anything, and now there's a capias warrant out they said. Now I'm wondering what's the statue of limitations on it.

Seriously! Why do some conservatives assume that anyone who hates Bush must hate the USA, too? After all, Bush isn't America, and America isn't Bush. For that matter, he doesn't even represent the majority of Americans. His approval ratings prove it! By the way, I'm a liberal Democrat, and I LOVE THE USA!!!:)

In a society of immigrants, where government and corporations, so avidly pursue survey after survey, to collect data about ethnicty, do we really understand the meaning of such common terms as Anglo, Hispanic, Caucasian, and why these terms are mostly used incorrectly (either as all-inclusive or mutually-exclusive)?

First Sign

Typical macho man married typical good-looking lady and after the wedding, he laid down the following rules: "I'll be home when I want, if I want and at what time I want-and I don't expect any hassle from you. I expect a great dinner to be on the table unless I tell you that I won't be home for dinner. I'll go hunting, fishing, boozing and card-playing when I want with my old buddies and don't you give me a hard time about it. Those are my rules. Any comments?"

His new bride said, "No, that's fine with me. Just understand that there will be sex here at seven o'clock every night ... whether you're here or not."

Second Sign

Husband (a doctor) and his wife are having a fight at the breakfast table. Husband gets up in a rage and says, "And you are no good in bed either," and storms out of the house.

After some time he realizes he was nasty and decides to make amends and rings her up. She comes to the phone after many rings and the irritated husband says, "What took you so long to answer the phone?"

She says, "I was in bed."

"In bed this early, doing what?"

"Getting a second opinion!"

Third Sign

A man has six children and is very proud of his achievement. He is so proud of himself that he starts calling his wife, "Mother of Six" in spite of her objections.

One night, they go to a party. The man decides that it's time to go home and wants to find out if his wife is ready to leave as well. He shouts at the top of his voice, "Shall we go home, Mother of six?'"

His wife, irritated by her husband's lack of discretion shouts right back, "Anytime you're ready, Father of Four."

Fourth Sign

Husband and wife had a bitter quarrel on the day of their 40th wedding anniversary. The husband yells, "When you die, I'm getting you a headstone that reads, 'Here Lies My Wife -- Cold As Ever.'"

"Yeah?" she replies. "When you die, I'm getting you a headstone that reads, "Here Lies My Husband -- Stiff At Last.'"

Is it that most people don't know whats happening. It is not about BLS any more. There are people out there trying to take our right to own pets away. With California trying to make it angist the law to have an unaltered pet at all. If you do not know what that means on one will be able to have show dogs becasue you can not show a altered dog. There are states and city passing laws you can not have pets like hamsters, rats ginnie pigs, exotic brids like paroits, snakes and tropcal fish. For those who thinks PETA will help:
Here is a quote from Ingrid Newkirk PETA’s president.
“I don’t use the word “pet.” I think it’s speciesist language. I prefer “companion animal.” For one thing, we would NO LONGER ALLOW BREEDING.. People could not create different breeds. There would be no pet shops. If people had companion animals in their homes, those animals would have to be refugees from the animal shelters and the streets. You would have a protective relationship with them just as you would with an orphaned child. But as the surplus of cats and dogs (artificially engineered by centuries of forced breeding) declined, eventually companion animals would be phased out, and we would return to a more symbiotic relationship – enjoyment at a distance — Ingrid Newkirk, PETA’s President, quoted in The Harper’s Forum Book, Jack Hitt, ed., 1989, p.223. “
