Your respondants to this question undoubtedly are drinking no-doze and airwick to accuse Presidents Clinton and Carter as dumb.
When history grades the record of Bill Clinton you will find that he was and is - the most brilliant of the lot!
He not only has the intellect to speak knowledgeable on any given subject but his two terms in office present a leader who was in control and was decisive and the national budget was balanced.
Mr. Carter had those state terrorists (Israel) under control and got them to make peace with their neighbors that is still in effect now.
Egypt to this day holds President Carter dear to them for presenting a balanced view (the only way) to solve middle east problems.
It is time for "Wild Bill" Bush and his sidekick "Canonball" Blair to go back to the ranch! And get their hired assassin "Blackbart Olmert out of town (and put him under control .

Yes. He is absolutely the least intelligent leader this country has ever had. He stole both elections and had no prior experience to fulfill the duties of the President. He can't even come close to Bill Clinton' presidency. He is a rube.

Is bush the leader or is his daddy, Hmmmmm oh well it would be the same anyways. He is not dumb, maybe careless for his country but not dumb, you see all of his family and friends are in the oil business and stirring up trouble in the middle east makes oil prices go up also his buddies get contracts to repair and run oil fields in Iraq and rebuild contracts plus the military suppliers sell many more planes, bullets and supplies. So he is enriching himself his family and friends, maybe even doubleling their fortunes. He is just a front man.

I don't like George Bush, but the disparaging remarks are not necessary. Unfortunately, he's our leader whether we like it or not. Although being frustrated or even enraged by his decisions is your right, (and in my opinion, your responsibility) taking a political stand and trying to make a difference in the course of our nation is a lot more useful than taking "dumbness" polls on a message board.

When the twin towers where hit by "terrorists" a.k.a bush & cheney he was in an elementary school in florida holdin a book upside down. So yea...that tells you alot.

What is your measure of a leader being dumb? Was it the polls? I personally am not impressed with him but certainly I will never call a leader of my country dumb because it is going to boomerang to the people who chose him as our leader. And if you think he is, I do not think that everyone will agree with you. To me he just didn't pass to probably yours and mine expectations but I will not even call him as such. He still deserve to be respected.
