Ok, so I blew it during an argument _ I called my partner a racist for expressing what I considered to be very racist views_it seems that I am now considered worse for use that word than my partner for expressing the views in the first place. Am I bad to have used the 'R' tag?

I haven't seen my friend in a very long time now. no contact, no communcation, no talk, ever. Its been 3 months now. and I haven't seen him. I'm get depressed more and more. I try to call him but, his cell phone is shut down. He won't answer his house phone. No computer. lets just say no communcation period. I'm getting really depressed. Last time I saw him was in June. Now its August. I sent him an email telling him how my friends and I miss him so much. His mom said that they moved to LA. my friend told me this because he was talking with the mom. I don't know if this is true or not, but i hope its not. Mann.. if only you were me, you'd feel my emotions. He's one of my best best friends ever. We've had so many gooood times in high school. Im a senior now. I've known him for 3 and a half years. and we've been through thick and thin. I've talked to the mom, she won't let me talk to him. What should I do? I miss him sooo much. he's like a brother to me. I dont know what to do. Im so sad

I have been having sleeping problems for about 6 months.It wasnt too bad at first now Im lucky if I sleep more than an hour or 2 a night sometimes not at all.I tried counting sheep,I have had the medication,(and stayed up all night wondering when it was going to work!),I tried yoga and meditation,and a shrink who took $200 an hour to tell me I have an underlying problem!Duh!!! I know that!.Im at my wits end,has anyone tried or know anyone who has tried hypnosis?It sounds alittle weird to me and Im not sure I believe in it,any help or advice would be much appreciated,thanks.
