I have trouble pronouncing many of the names of people and places in the Bible. Would this stand in my way of becoming a youth minister? Also, I don't know if they can earn a living or where I could go to study to become one.

Other than hearsay (ie Muslims who claim after yet another terrorist attack by Muslims that Islam is really a religion of peace) and circumstantial evidence (eg the very few Muslims out there who condemn terrorism without adding "but Israel..."), is there any concrete evidence out there to say that Islam is a religion of peace ?

I think if being in a religion of peace were a crime and I was on the jury, I'd have to find the suspect innocent- there simply isn't any evidence to prove Islam is a religion of peace.

We will be in Germany for 2 years and I am completely addicted to these shows. Is there any way to get American TV through Sattelite or cable? So far i've had no luck with asking American Cable/Internet Companies and Slingbox only works with Computers so I couldn't tape the shows in the middle of the night in Germany (time change). I'd really appreciate some help.

This is important to me since I don't speak any German so please only answer if you have a possible solution. Thanks.

ok people. why is it that the penny is carelessly tossed aside. people dont care about the penny and is used more for crafts then what it was made for. Do u think this is what one of the GREATEST PRESIDENTS of the united states would have wanted? he was a great president and does not deserve this tratment. sure you might say, sure yea a penny. whatever. who cares about pennies? right? well sure what happened in the past stays in the past but think about what greatness this president brought to this world.

My friend is always calling me and when we get on the phone he never says anything, he can actually take that silence I just do not get it, then when I tell him I'll talk to him later it's "no!" and then I say "ok, you want me to stay so we can talk?" and he says yes then it is back to the silence. I asked him once why he never talks and he says he doesn't know. It feels like he does this just to annoy me.

we have full custody of their 2 children ages 17 & 14. she bought the house across from us hoping the court would give her custody: that didn't happen. BUT THE WOMAN IS NUTS. she comes into my house WITHOUT KNOCKING and walks around calling for the kids. my husband told her that's not acceptable, so the second time she did it, he called the cops. the cops told her to stay 500 feet from our house or we could press stalking charges. THEN 2 months later, she and her new husband bought the house across from us. the kids have been raised by me (and their father) for 5 years. I REFUSE to leave my dream house... ANY SUGGESTIONS for keeping my sanity? please don't tell me to hope that she moves, she can't afford to i know what they paid they are TAPPED OUT.
