Closing your eyes...relaxing...taking deep breaths is the first phase of hypnosis. It's totally possible to hypnotise yourself...and that's what you are actually doing here. Your mind will do anything you want it to do when you are under...even if you are only under for a split second...such as in his case. I've been trained by a specialist to hypnotise myself as a form of self-help therapy.

btw...I did it & it worked.
My Guardian Angels name is "Scarlett".
