you cant loose 10 lbs in 10 days impossible but here is what you can do
exersize 30 minuets a day
eat only 1 snack a day
eat atleast 4 fruits a day *to help you forget about missing the snacks*
drink only water
write all the snacks you eat and how long you exersize down
REWARD YOURSELF: with something thats not food like a new cd.

Ok, so being 11 and 108 pounds isn't that bad. Your weight depends on if you are a boy or a girl and your height. Besides, your body is still in developpement. You will probably lose teh weight. And the comment that wrestlers lose it by running isn't entirely true. I am a wrestler and it takes more than running. you have to diet. meaning no junk food and nothing to drink but water and you have to sit in room with no air conditionning and be wearing many many layers of clothing. it is very unhealthy. We lose about 10 pouds an hour but we starve ourselves for days to do so. It is a terrible way to go.

No, you are not fat. Well actualy you may be fat, but your not overweight. theres a difference. If you have a wide frame, you actualy should weigh about 120 pounds. At a medium frame about 110 pounds and at a small frame at about 100 pounds. So if you weigh 108 pounds, you are not overwiehgt. If most of your weight is fat, then you are fat, but not overwiegh. If most of it is muscle then you are not overwieght or fat. im also 11 and i have a very wide frame and i wiehg 120 pounds. It seems like alot but its not cause im so wide. However im fat because i dont have too much muscle. And also there is no healthy way to loose 10 pounds in 10 days. What i recomend is hardening any muscle you have by doing situps and crunches and pushups. Then go swimming, jogging, walking etc to loose fat. Then you will be the perfect weight, and most of it will be muscle.

Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. No. You're still growing and your body is changing. Do not go on a diet. Trust me. If you do this then you'll eventually gain the weight back and even more. You are setting yourself up for a lifetime of crash diets and obesity if you do this.
A healthy weight loss is no more than 1 to 2 pounds per week. And that should be done with a healthy, well-rounded diet and exercise.

honey, when i was 11 i weighed that much and now im a bit chubby but only cuz i never got off my a$$ and did anything... im tall so i dont look fat, but its funny when i sit cuz i have little rolls of fat on my tummy. i suggest u do what i didnt: exercise!!!! i mean now i do and im gettng better, but u should control ur sugar intake: only allow urself a small certain amount of sweet things per week and eat normal the rest of the time. no chips, grease, processed foods... eat a lot of salad and fruit, but also meats or protein. good luck!!!

DO not crash diet. Do not follow the fads. Even if you did you lose the 10lbs and go back to eating whatever you want again.... you will gain 12 - 14lbs back.
You are NOT fat!!!
Just eat healthy & exercise 30 mins 4-5x a week.

Just cut out the fatty foods and exercise about 1/2 hr to 1 hr a day. That should do it. Its not that hard
