My Brother is being accused of rape. He is in jail right know. I dont know what to do. The police officers wont listen to anything my brother has to say and they dont even what to look in to any evidence my brother has. TO start off with my brother went to her house and her mom and all her reliatives were thier and they wouldent let him see his little girl. So he left and told his ex that she cant take her daugther to Austin cuz he will fight the court for costudy. So that same day she called the police and told them that she got rape by him. What do I do to get my brother heard.

I saw a commercial recently for some kind of candy and it had a guy behind a desk with 2 bowls on the desk. This kid sat down and put a blindfold on...the guy got up in his underwear and started dancin. Then I saw a 2nd one where a different guy put the blindfold on and a woman put a glove on and smacked him. ROFL! I died! : ) What candy was it?

Here in Australia it has worked and worked well, with one exception - that is the Muslim community.

They put their religion before the law of the land and I find this unacceptable.

If I was to live in another country, no matter what religion I was, the law of the land is for the benefit of the country and I would abide by that.

Also, if I was to visit an Islamic country, I would cover my head, not wear revealing clothes and abide by their laws.

Why cant they abide by our laws, our culture, etc., and if they choose not to - send them home to their own country, no matter what their circumstances are back home, just give them the choice, then its up to them.

In New York State in particular. I hear all these people saying that it's both illegal to keep or kill a (native) praying mantis. Now, I don't know why anyone would want to KILL one, but my daughter and I just CAUGHT one and we are keeping it as a pet. Really cool to watch the way it stalked a cricket (I have lots of reps that I feed cricks to). Thing is, my kid is so darn HONEST that she feels if we are breaking the law we ought to let it go. We probably will anyway and I'll buy an exotic at the next rep expo (hopefully they'll be one on Long Island in '07). I always did wonder though about that tale of illegality for keeping or killing.
