My Brother is being accused of rape. He is in jail right know. I dont know what to do. The police officers wont listen to anything my brother has to say and they dont even what to look in to any evidence my brother has. TO start off with my brother went to her house and her mom and all her reliatives were thier and they wouldent let him see his little girl. So he left and told his ex that she cant take her daugther to Austin cuz he will fight the court for costudy. So that same day she called the police and told them that she got rape by him. What do I do to get my brother heard.

We already got a lawyer and she is no help at all. Another thing they found nothing in the rape kit but they still arrested him

She is not a born american she has no permission to be in the united states. She had told me that her mom had accused an american before so that her mom can became a US citizen

Have your brother's Lawyer request to see the rape kit and report taken from the hospital!
When rape is reported it is mandatory that a rape kit be used at a hospital otherwise the report isn't reliable.

Hey l am really sorry foe your brother.You have to understand that the police are just doing their job,and your brother will be fine,Her on the other hand will not be so fine when she is found out that she has been lying.I hope everthing goes well for your brother.

get proof he dient if he dient have sex with her that day then there shouldnt be any evidence of his seman inside of her n she should of had a rape kit done on her at the hospital so they will have to show evidence of it n show marks on her inner thighs n wrist n all over her to prove it if he did nothing wrong then he should be ok
