A team of international scientists says climate models showing global warming are based on a "fairy tale" of computer projections.
The scientists met Monday on Capitol Hill to expose what they see as a dearth of scientific evidence about the theory of global warming.
Dr. Urlich Berner declared that an extensive analysis of carbon dioxide (C02) concentrations in the ice core of Greenland showed that elevated C02 in the atmosphere does not necessarily lead to temperature increases.

My parents found all this sh*t in my room, like empty beer cans, some pills, a journal that I wrote a bunch of bad stuff in, etc. They grounded me from basically everything except air, food and water. The problem is that basically none of the stuff they found was mine! I can't tell them that though because they don't believe me unless I tell them which friend had all that stuff and I don't want to rat out my friends. What should I do?

The journal was obviously mine, and the only stuff I write in it are like huge life-changing events, so it was pretty bad, but other than that, I really didn't do much.

I think this carry-on has gone on long enough. must we be constantly terrorised and inconvenienced by the perversion of an already backward and oppressive religious fanatical belief system ? to each their own and freedom of speech etc, but when you try to blow people up its time you got a bullet in the face. Its as simple as that. call it genocide or whatever you like. those responsible for this attempted outrage have outstayed their welcome, by far. It is now time to kill the bloody lot of them. A useless drain on the worlds economy at best, and a bloody threat to all we hold dear. Sorry but you just tried to kill someone I love. In my book that is an act of war. Those responsible are lucky I dont have access to a nuclear weapon (yet) I would drop it on certain heads without a moments hesitation, and as for you, Bin Laden? My lifes mission is now to kill you with my bare hands. I'll find you no matter where you hide. You just messed with the wrong people. You will die, We will live.

I was wondering if anyone on Yahoo wears old dresses from the pre-19th century or early 1900's.

Why do you wear these fashions (other than the beauty and pure history) and where do you buy your dresses? Or for the gentlemen, your outfits?

Do you go to costume shops or some other place?

Our 2-yr old tabby (Cooper) developed a bad habit last year. We moved his litter box from our office/guest room into our bathroom. After we did that, he would use his litter box, but would also pee on the spot of carpet where the box use to be. We have punished him, cleaned the carpet 3x, put baking soda on it right after we find that he does it, & used a stain/odor remover. We even moved the box on that spot, but he still pees as close as that spot as he can. He was neutered when he was very young and has a clean bill of health by the vet. If he was spraying on lots of verticle surfaces or peeing on more spots, I would worry about a health/mental problem; but it is only one spot in our apartment and he only hits it when he has the opprotunity. Now we have to keep the door closed all the time. The best remover we have found was 'Kids N Pets', which works great, but he still marks that spot. Any suggestions or cleaners that go to the carpet padding (which we can't pull up)?
