Is it wrong that I hate the use of the title African-American? Most people that I have met that use the term are not from Africa. Besides the fact that Africa is a continent not a country. And the few people that I have met that are from the African continent usually say they are Nigerian or one of the other countries not African-American. If I started saying I was a European-American I'd probably be laughed at, and for good reason to. Do you believe that the hyphenation is needed?

Why do people get cocatoos as pets? when they live up to 100 years and need you so much?

And they are so highly intellignet and socaible needint bird friineds and mate for life when your life will change so much and upset them... Also as you dont need a cage why get one... If the bird has bonded to you it wont fly off even if let outside.

We are about to try 'Weedol', but does anybody have experience in the use of this or anything else suitable? (and of course, legally available for use). I'm really worried as it's covering a tall unsupported wall and I can see it crashing down with fatal results if nothing is done rather quickly! Has anyone else ever heard of a Dr telling a cancer survivor this? he told her she might trigger the cancer cells to start up again. Does this sound like something a Dr should be telling a patient, especially one whose diet is poor and is underweight but wasn't at the time he told her this.
