got a project on the industrial revolution in ruhr area of germany,i need information abt 7 to 10 pages but i have searched in wikipedia and google in vain and coudn't find anything good enough.please help?i need it in 3-4 days.

Go to your local library (actually a college library would be better) and explain what you are trying to research. That specific type of information could be very difficult to just pull out of google or wiki. Start general and just search for German Industrial Revolution until you find some good books on that subject and then look to narrow it to the Ruhr region.
Another suggestion: Not sure if you know to put the whole phrase in double quotes to force google to look the the specific phrase and not just anywhere in the article.
Google: "German Industrial Revolution" and don't buy the term paper at academon.com.
Good luck: you have a lot of work to do in 3-4 days.
