u can make any types of ram as long, as the motherboard supports. u can use a 128mb and 512mb etc..
or any strange combo.

You are best off to use like RAM. There are different types of RAM and optimal performance is obtained by using the same RAM together as opposed to mixing.
You will save yourself a lot of headaches by getting the same kind in pairs.

Go double up and put the bigger RAM in the first 2 slots.
