First, marriage does not make you automatically legal. So don't bother with that for that reason, it won't work.

Second ... my suggestion is that you contact a good immigration lawyer. They will be able to help you. If you lack funds, contact a community center in an area where there are a lot of potentially illegal aliens ... there are usually people there who can give legal counsel.
