After about 45 minutes of long distance running, hill running and sprints I feel I have to barf, but we have more drills to do. Should I stop and get a drink of water or keep going till I throw up?

it means you have a build-up of lactic acid in your system...meaning youre overworking your muscles. basically, you cant do much about it but puke it get it out of you. but as you continue to exercise over time, you'll improve your lactate threshold. that means that the more your body gets used to exercising and working your muscles, the more your muscles will be able to handle the lactic acid. this will help you last longer and get less fatigued during exercise.

Keep going until you puke, then keep going after that. Yopu need to drink lots of water while doingit anyway, try at least asking your coach for a waterbreak every 10 minutes or so. Your body is just not used to excerting itself yet, You'll be fine in a week or 2

it means you're putting in too much effort, which doesn't make sense for your age, and the length of time you run.
I run about 1:30-2hrs everytime I do, the only time I did run was when I run a mini marathon of about 14 miles, and that was at the end it felt like my organs were falling out of place.
A longer warm up time might help, baby steps, or maybe get checked by a physician.
good luck

Throw up. Then drink the water afterward.

Seriously, I used to sprint and woudl throw up after every 400. Don't worry, its natural. Just rehydrate afterward. And if you want to, throw up on the coach.

I'm going to go through the same thing pretty soon and you just have to keep going. it means youre pushing yourself which is good for you before the season starts. its getting you and your team in shape and the better shape your team is in the better you guys will be. the better conditioned team usually puts itself in a better position to win
