You can drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
At least every 2 hours have about 1 cup of water.
Divise a formula to ensure your not going to get
ill after this. Your body needs to have the vitamins
and protein that keep you healthy. You might
benefit from a 3 day fast if you follow the process
of cleansing. This will remove the toxins in your
system.

64 oz of water every day. That's the least your body needs. I have a 32 oz mug that I drink each morning, refill at lunch, then finish before I leave work. Having a set pattern like this really helps me get enough water.

It's a complete myth that drinking lots of water will "flush out" anything.
YOUR BODY IS NOT A TOILET. It DOESN'T WORK LIKE THAT!!

You don't need to drink 8 glasses of water a day. You certainly don't need 1/2 your body weight (in oz.) per day. You don't need ANY arbitrary target amount per day. Drink when you're thirsty. Period!

You should drink 1 toilet bowl's worth of water in order to flush out your body. I think that is 1.5 gallons.
