Its about a girl who astral projects from her body- Its a novel by the way- and who come's across her twin sister, whom she is seperated from at birth, they were adopted seperatly, I read this book years ago, Please help me find it!

I know this is like the cheesiest question ever but whenever people ask me I'm kinda stumped. How far back do I look? Parents? Grandparents? Great Grand Parents?

Both my parents were born in Canada.

MOM'S SIDE

My moms' parent's: my Grandpa born in Poland.
my Grandma born in Canada.

Grandma's parents from England (my Great grand parents)
Grandpa's parents from Poland(my Great grand parents)

DAD'S SIDE

My dad's parents': my Grandpa born in Canada.
my Grandma born in Canada.

Grandma's parents from Russia(my Great grand parents)
Grandpa's parents from Russia(my Great grand parents)

a guy is about to use a urinal when he notices that the elderly man to his left is peeing two streams.
"what the hell's that?" he asks.
"war wound," the man replies. i was shot in the penis in north africa. they saved my penis but had to leave two holes."
then the guy looks to his right and sees an elderly man peeing three streams.
