Brazil - Brasilia (since 1960).
Probably Israel - Tel-Aviv (existed before 1948, but not as a capital).
Kazakhstan - Astana (not exactly new, but they renamed it when moving the capital there from Almaty)
USA - Washington, D.C. (the first capital was Philadelphia and Washington is capital No.9, I believe) mayor - Anthony Williams
Australia - Canberra (since 1908)

The capital of russia was once Sitka Alaska, but times changed. It happens at least once a year. Try looking at the CIA factbook, that will help you out.
