I feel for you ,really I do...i am often on really strict diets..drink lots of water and fill urself up with stuff like raw veg.good luck

You should eat if you are hungry, just make good choices. I eat a couple of salads a day with fat-free dressing, a veggie-turkey sandwich or two and lots of fruits and veggies. That keeps me full through the day. Find some things that are low in calories and high in fiber. Sugar in food makes you hungrier faster. So if you cut out sugar from your diet you won't be feeling hunger as much. (Fruits are okay.) Try it for a couple of days, it really does work. I give in once a week and eat one sweet snack so I don't feel totally deprived. But it really has helped make me not feel like I need to eat all of the time.,

I like to munch on romaine lettuce, carrots and celery. I do put peanut butter on the celery.
On a diet I think you need to make sure you eat enough protein to make you feel full and also eat enough calories. When I starve my self with 1200 calories or less I am always starving - and cheating.

Drink lots of water or green tea and eat something like raw carrots as the occasional snack. And make sure you eat proper meals.

come on! Loosen up a bit, why are on a diet? If your doctors said you have to be on a diet, than don't do this.....Girls (and guys :) come in different shapes and sizes, you don't want to look like one of those models that are bony and skinny, do you? Eat whatever you want!
