I'm sure theres enough steroids in the chicken that I don't need to inject it myself.

Best things you could consume after an intense work out are a sugary drink within a half hour(causes immediate glycogen replacement and a second growth hormone spike 4-6 hours later according to several university studies) and some quality forms of protein like eggs,milk.yogurt (most yogurts have added whey protein) or any lean meat or fish.
If you eat meat make sure that it's cooked on a low heat so as to not denature the protein and cross link the amino acids.Obviouslt a good protein powder is a better choice.If price is an issue don't go to GNC.Follow the link below.

When you do weights, you are actually tearing your muscles. In rebuilding themselves, the muscles get bigger.

Protein helps repair muscles and speeds up the process.

Eat *lots* of it. Shakes, meat, beans, etc.
