My honey is out of town looking for work in Indiana... when I call, he's a big grouch, but he seems to be getting along just great with our friends (who he's staying with). He does all the things I want him to do at home, with them. He willingly spends time with them, has long talks with the wife, is attentive, helps out with their kids, stayed home today to take care of the wife b/c she wasn't feeling well (even though he's on a time crunch, which WOULDN'T have happened here at home), and so on and so forth. It's making me very upset, and I don't get it. He doesn't want to hear about it, and just blows me off when I call, even though I just want to touch base with him, and chit-chat about whatever. And, no, there isn't a chance that there's a thing with the wife, before anybody puts that out there... it's just irritating and hurtful that he's more attentive and patient with them than with his own family. I just need some advise... PLEASE NO BASHING THOUGH, seriously...Thanks All

I have astigmatism but my doctor prescribed regular contacts for me. I cant see very well with my contacts but I can see perfectly with my glasses.
will my vision always be bad regardless of prescription if I keep on wearing regular contacts instead of astigmatism contacts?

My best friend recently moved in with her boyfriend that she met at xmas, since shes lived there hes turned so possive of her its unreal, he fones her all day at work txts etc. if she doesnt reply straight away she ha the 20qeustions thing from him. she cant go out with freinds or have any time t herself with out him, hes taken to reading her txt msgs while he thinks shes not looking.
on top of this shes really unhappy at work, but feels she cant leave cos shes to locked up in herself.
Shes to afraid to b late home from work cos of what shel get when she gets home (no voilence just mental torture) she doesnt argue with him as he gets bad ashama attacks n passes out, thats anouther reason she feels she cant leave.
Shes so down me and anouther friend actully fear for her well being.
weve tried talking t her, pursuading her etc everything we can think of but she wont do anything even tho hes grinding her further n further down.

please no sarcy answers we need real help.

(I know NOT every woman behave in this way but most of the ones I know are.) I'm just wondering why...
whenever they see single younger women, they immediately start inquiring like a CIA why don't you marry already, why don't you have kids already, is there something wrong with you??
Most of them are catholic but some aren't. And most of them are unhappy with their marriage and life.
Once I even said: if you don't like your marriage life why are you so eager I get one myself? I got no answer.
So I was wondering, this happens to you and why do you think they react like this?
I know there some man who reacts in this manner, but generally speaking are women.
What do you think?

I love to write poetry, and I've written 42 since Novemeber. But I'm just trying to get people's opinions about some of my poems. So here's two.

The Wish I Wished

Last night I wished upon a star,
Hoping it would find you wherever you are.

The wish I wished was made for you,
And it was wishing that all your wishes would come true.

The wish I wished last night,
I wished with every bit of might.

I’m hoping that my wish will come true,
So that all of yours can too!

The Liar’s Words


There was a time when I believed,
Everything you told me.

But then one day I found out the truth,
And I realized you had lied.

When I found out you had lied to me,
It hurt me deep down inside.

Your lies had led me to believe,
Something that wasn’t true.

And since I thought your words were the truth,
I started to fall for you.

And know because of what you said,
It makes me cry every once in a while.

So now I know not to believe,
The liar’s words.

Socio-economics? I have been co-opted to a workplace 'workshop' (Unions and Management) on the subject which has the following aims:

I know an interpreter, but for how long? The entire ceremony and reception? What else should I do to accomodate my friends? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I have been sharing e-mails and text messages on my phone with this girl I met on-line. we have been talking about a lot of things for the past several months now. She says she loves me and I tell her I love her.. But that has just started since I have been typing her sexy sexula ltters on what we will to with each other when we meet.
