Usually your computer comes with the software to burn the CDs.. Unless your computer can't burn CDs to begin with then you can't get the software to do it, I don't believe.

And if it can't burn CDs then you'll have to buy an actual CD burner, and thus is should come with all the programs needed.

If you have a CD burner on your computer, you should be able to automatically burn them by placing the files on that drive. Then your computer will notify you that there are files to be burned and you just click on burn these files to CD, it should do the rest for you. Other than that, you can use a program like Nero.

It depends on what you want to burn and the operating system you got. If you got Windows XP, you can just drag the file/folder to the disc drive. Go to your CD/DVD rw drive and click on "Write files to CD/DVD ". If you wish to create a Music CD, use Windows Media PLayer.
Or you could just use software (if you are looking for free software http://www.burn4free.com/ ) . Ususally we get some software to burn CD's/DVD's along witht the CD/DVD burner.
IF you are using something like linux or MAC then there are software for those too.. Writing cannot be done in these OS that way.

Hmm, Roxio or Nero works best. If you can't get them then go to download.com and search for cd burner or something similar. If you still can't find anything send me an e-mail and I'll see if I can send you the program. By the way, if you want to copy a cd you need two drives.
